Hole By Hole Scores is found on your top navigation bar under the "Enter" tab:
When opening the program, you are prompted to select a date and course.
If you have Teams or Flights, you can select one or more groups at a time.
After selecting a date and course, click next to open the data entry program.
The data entry program will list all members in your selection:
You will see a name and fields for score, adjusted score and points.
Click the name to enter scores (you cannot enter scores directly into the scores fields).
Entering scores is fast, easy and user friendly:
When you click on a name, the score card data entry screen opens up in a pop-up window.
You will notice that the cursor is automatically on the first hole. When you type in a score, the cursor will automatically move to the next hole so it
is very fast.
Automatic score adjustment:
If you have set up to let GolfLeague adjust scores for you, scores will be adjusted as you type and when you submit the player score, both the adjusted score and the gross score will transfer automatically.
When entering is complete, click the submit scores button to transfer the scores.
Using The POINTS CALCULATOR Program:
The Points Calculator is found on your top navigation bar under the "Enter" tab:
After all scores are entered simply open the points calculator.
All points will now be calculated for your matches.
Please open the calculator and read the help files there to learn how this tool works.
Match Scores is found on your top navigation bar under the "Enter" tab:
This is a great management tool for large leagues. It consists of two main programs that work together to first show all scores entered on one page and then
allow the entering of scores with both players of a match on the score card.
The first program is the "Scores Report":
When you first open Match Scores, the Scores Report opens up showing who has scores entered.
It's a page full of red dots if no scores are entered, under all the schedule dates.
Each schedule date has two icons, one for scores and one for points (green if present, red if not present).
Help files are are present on the Scores Report explaining the detail functions of the report.
To see or enter scores, click on one of the green or red icons.
The second program is the Data Entry Score Card:
The data entry score card will open with both match players on the card.
The cursor is blinking on the first hole and will automatically advance to the next field as you type.
If you have set up to do so, the program automatically calculates score adjustments and points.
A "Play The Card" feature will calculate points against the "Blind" or calculate "Automatic Points".
Additional details can be found in the help files of the Scores Report.
