The "Team Module"
• Teams, Flights and Subs are easily handled in the team module! The screen shot to the right shows an example of a team line-up in a 2 man team arrangement. Most all reports are designed in two formats, one for computer display and one in a print friendly format so you can let members view on line or print the report for posting at the course or just for your own records. • Team standings Team standings are tracked by any period of time (Quarterly, First Half, Second Half, YTD or any arbitrary selected period) and in a variety of formats. The screen shot below shows a format that uses the three highest point winners from each weeks matches. This format is designed to help control absent players on a team. Since the format drops one player from each team anyway, an absent player still allows the team to compete with other teams. • Flight Leaders The screen shot to the right shows an example of a flight line-up in a league that has 3 flights and seven teams. Once again, all reports are designed in two formats, one for computer display and one in a print friendly format so you can let members view on line or print for posting at the course or for your own records. • Net Scores "Net Scores" - This example reports net scores on a select date or period - It shows Flight Leaders in descending order of net scores. As with most all team and flight tracking reports this report can be run in any time period and for any flight or division. • Subs
On the right is a substitute report that can be viewed for any team so players can see where team points have been acumulated by subs. Even though a subs points go to the team, a personal point record, stats and handicap is kept for the substitute so he/she feels involved and is actively a part of the league. |
